I have soft tissue damages to my right shoulder/neck. At first I did not think it would work but I applied it before I went to bed because that is when I need pain relief the most. After applying this I was able to get a good nights sleep and did not wake up to a headache in the morning. I did not feel any greasiness after applying. I have purchased a second tube.    -
