I received this product as part of a review. The first few weeks I was skeptical. Nothing was happening, the hot flashes were hot and heavy, especially at night.
Around week 4, things shifted. Ahh...the menopause gods had lessened their hold. I was able to get a relatively full night sleep without having to change pajamas. The daytime hot flashes have significantly reduced, and I feel more like myself then I have in a while.
Adding this to my bedtime routine was one of the best things I could have done. It is easy to take and the packaging makes it convenient to keep in the cabinet.

I used this product for the week up to and including my anniversary. My husband and I were away and even though the places we were dining at offered Gluten-free, there was still a possibility of cc. Taking gluteguard took the edge off... +
I used this product for the week up to and including my anniversary. My husband and I were away and even though the places we were dining at offered Gluten-free, there was still a possibility of cc. Taking gluteguard took the edge off, allowing me to enjoy the meals and time with my husband. I had no reactions to any of the meals. Will definitely be packing this everytime we are going away and no sure about cc. -
