They test very good so they’re an immune booster I don’t mind taking everyday. Plus as an added bonus they smell good too. I really big about how things smell if I can’t get past the smell I won’t continue that’s over that taste I know that’s weird but that’s me. So I am big believer of taste and smell and then texture but since they are gummies the texture will always be fine there. Now we are coming up on our winter here and since my immune system is very sensitive I am hopeful that taking this along with my flu shot and my usual precaution will keep me from getting sick because I can’t catch the common cold no I catch the one where I swear I’m dying lol ok maybe not since I’m still but it feels like it anyways. So if I can take this with the standard precautions I will keep taking this. Because so haven’t found a good booster yet

I’ve been taking it for a while now and haven’t noticed any major changes in my night sweats but, that might be because it’s Arkansas in the summer and summer here is normal around 100 degrees even at night but I have noticed that my libido and my bloating is improving so I’m not sure if the bloating is supposed to be a byproduct of using it but I normally have a very bad time with that all the time and since this is the the only change I’ve done in my diet I think it’s a great side effect. So all and all I can’t say say it’s a bad product when it can’t be sure it’s not working. For all the other symptoms too if it wasn’t so blasted hot here.. so I will be trying it again this winter when our temperatures get down to the omg it’s freezing why do you have the air conditioner on weather.
