I was excited to try the Nude by Nature primer sent to me by Chickadvisor to try.
It goes on evenly and didn't feel sticky or oily. My makeup went on smoothly afterward.
As the day wore on, it didn't seem to provide any real improvement over the longevity of my makeup and I still looked oily by noontime. I also found that the next morning, after having washed my face before bed, my skin had noticeable breakouts.
This might be a good product for those with few existing skin problems but is probably not ideal for those with oily, blemish-prone skin.

Unfortunately, I was unable to evaluate its effectiveness as a sunscreen, as we have only have one day so far where we haven't worn winter coats! But I will review the other aspects.
It is a light, easily absorbed and reasonably non-greasy feeling cream. The fragrance was light enough to not be offensive and seemed to dissipate quickly once dried.
The best part was that my sensitive chest and neck skin did not react at all to this product! I typically do not do well with sunscreen, but this one was no trouble.
It has a reasonable price tag compared to other high end, high SPF products.

The gel cream is very light on the skin and provides a comforting cooling sensation on contact. It dries very quickly and left my skin feeling clean and not weighed down. However, it provided little to no moisturization. My skin was left feeling tight and even a little flaky within a few minutes of applying. It has a powdery, perfumey scent that I didn't really enjoy, but it didn't seem to linger once it dried.
As far as value, at $20, it is a fairly good value compared to other similar products.
I likely would not recommend this product as I did not feel it worked well as a moisturizer.

I tried these wipes when I #gotitfree to evaluate from Chickadvisor. I was so pleasantly surprised! They have a soft, almost fluffy feeling texture and have just the right amount of moisture. The wipes removed my waterproof mascara in less than 5 swipes per eye, which is so much lesa than other wipes I have tried! They left my skin feeling completely clean and not tight or dry. They have a soft scent that isn't my favourite, but it doesn't linger after the moisture dries. I would absolutely recommend these wipes! The only downfall is that they are quite pricey compares to other methods of makeup removal and face-washing. They are so convenient that i actually have purchased more since trying them! -

The chocolate shake was like drinking a nice, cold, not-too-sweet glass of chocolate milk. It was smooth, not at all chalky, and satisfying of my chocolate sweet tooth. It was also an awesome addition to my usual vegetable-based lunches in that I wasn't starving 2 hours later!
I love the packaging for being both recyclable and less breakable than other containers. I love the tight seal that would allow me to have it out on my desk without worry of someone accidentally tipping it over.
Overall, I really did enjoy this product and would consider purchasing it if I needed a go to quick fix source of protein.

I tried the Vanilla flavoured protein shake sent to me by Chickadvisor. I wanted to see if it would curb my hunger after my morning walk to get me through until lunch.
It has a smooth, milk-like texture. The vanilla flavour is far too sweet and artificial tasting. It does satisfy hunger and makes a reasonable snack to tide me.over until my next meal. I liked the single serving size that is perfectly portable and the fact that the lid fits tightly and doesn't leak. It's nice that the container is recyclable also.
I definitely would not purchase this flavour again. If there were other flavours available, I would happily try them.

They are a nice size to throw in your purse for an emergency snack and they are individually packaged, which is nice, but that is about as far as the benefits went in my mind.
They have a dry and crumbly texture that is pretty messy to consume. There wasn't much in the way of blueberry flavor and I found the bits of oatmeal on the top "scratchy" to chew. They have a delicate sweetness, which is nice and not too overpowering. Not much oatmeal flavour either. There really wasn't anything remarkable about the flavour at all.
Overall, if you regularly buy processed snacks like this, it might not be a bad one to add to the mix, but as someone who doesn't normally buy these types of snacks, I don't think I will be adding them to my grocery list regularly.

I tried the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip muffins tonight and at first was quite optimistic. They felt dense and moist, which is hard to come by in store bought muffins. The didn't have any noticeable scent.
Unfortunately, the muffins, although quite moist, crumbled everywhere and didn't really have any discernable flavour. The chocolate chips weren't really chocolatey.
I was pleased that they seemed quite filling. They are a nice snack size and when compared to Tim Hortons, they were a reasonable value at less than $1 each.
Then I noticed that each muffin contained over 300 calories! This stopped me in my tracks. This will likely never be a go to snack of mine. Much too high calorie for everyday consumption.

I have relied on Aveeno lotions for decades to soothe my very dry, but also very sensitive skin. I reviewed Aveeno's new Vanilla and Oat body yogurt and the lotion itself it consistent with what I would expect from Aveeno; it softened my dry skin, absorbed nicely and kept my skin moisturized throughout the day. What I was not happy with was the amount of scent it left behind. Typically, Aveeno products I have used have been lightly scented, if not completely unscented. This was more powerful in scent thanI am comfortable with. If this body yogurt were available in an unscented or lighter scented formulation, I would probably purchase again. -

I was very excited to try a new Aveeno product, as I have enjoyed many over the years. However, I feel this one missed the mark a bit. The body wash lathered well, cleaned and rinsed well, as I would expect; however, the vanilla scent was quite overpowering and lingered on my skin long after showering. All previous Aveeno products I have tried, if they were scented at all, had very mild, delicate scents. This vanilla was quite overpowering. I would be more than willing to purchase this body was again if the scent was dialed back a lot or made unscented. -
