I enjoyed this product, but I preferred the corn and beans and the rice varieties over this one. Even though we didn’t post the rice review, I thought it was really good.
This couscous version was okay, but it wasn’t my favourite, and I don’t think I would purchase it again. I just didn’t enjoy the flavour of the couscous as much as the other options.
That said, I would definitely buy this brand again because I really loved the corn and beans, and the rice was excellent as well. The tuna was delicious in all of them, so I’d happily repurchase the brand just not the couscous variety.

Earlier this year, I spent a month in Japan and got really used to grabbing those simple drinks from convenience stores refreshing, light and made with ingredients that felt good.
Coming home, I realized I kind of missed that routine.
Lately, with all the travelling I’ve been doing, I’ve been keeping ROAR Organic’s Blackberry Lemonade on hand. It’s bright, refreshing and easy to throw in my bag whether I’m making a quick lunch, heading to the airport, or catching a flight.
What I like most is that it gives me that same grab-and-go feeling I loved in Japan but with ingredients I actually look for: naturally derived electrolytes, organic coconut water, B vitamins and antioxidants from vitamins A, C, and E all with less than 3g of organic cane sugar per bottle.
It’s become one of those small things I always make sure to pack, especially during busy summer travel days.

Getting the cottage ready means thinking ahead to slow weekends, good food and time spent outside.
I stopped by the Barbecues Galore showroom in Burlington to pick up a few essentials for the season and it’s always worth the visit. The team took the time to walk me through different options and made it easy to choose products that actually fit how we like to cook and entertain.
I also picked up the Broil King Stack-a-Rack, which is designed to create more cooking space by elevating food while it cooks. It’s especially useful when you’re preparing multiple items at once or hosting at the cottage.
This summer, we’re leaning into smoking and low and slow cooking, so I stocked up on hickory, apple and mesquite wood chips. Each one brings its own flavour, and I like having a few options depending on what’s on the grill.

It was already good but adding Truffles & Circumstance Black Truffle Hot Sauce completely transformed it. I mixed it right into the base to create a creamy, flavour packed spread, then layered it onto crackers and added a little extra on top because it was just that good!

My mornings have been feeling a little chaotic lately. Coffee first, then straight into the day answering emails, getting steps in on my walking pad, packing, rushing out the door… and somewhere in between trying to take better care of myself. This year i’ve been focusing on building small, realistic habits that actually stick. not perfect, just consistent. I used to rely on greens powders but they never really fit into my routine. these have been such an easy upgrade i just grab my SUKU Vitamins greens multi+ gummies and go.
They’re made in canada, clean (sugar-free, sugar alcohol-free, plant based), and genuinely taste good, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. Whether it’s in the middle of a busy workday, on the way to catch a flight, or winding down after pilates, they fit seamlessly into my routine.
