I used this product the other day for the first time. And it was my first time dying my hair. The product was so simple to use and the directions were clear and concise.As a person who suffers from Arthretic hands It was easy to use and easy to apply. The formula was low odour and it did not smell bad and it was easy to apply with no drips and no hassel. The conditioner included was great and it left my hair feeling soft and shiny. I would highly recommend this product and would use it again.    -
