Swiss Natural Menolibrium was simple to incorporate into my routine with just two capsules a day. I like that it uses herbal ingredients and avoids sweeteners, dairy, gluten, and wheat. However, I was disappointed to find bovine gelatin in the capsules, as I prefer plant-based supplements. It's still early to tell how effective it is for managing symptoms, but I appreciate the natural formulation and will continue to see how it fits into my wellness routine. -
