I recently tried L’Occitane Amande Sublime Body Cream and absolutely love it! The rich, decadent texture melts beautifully into my skin, leaving it feeling silky soft with no sticky or greasy feeling at all. The scent is soft, luxurious, and lasts pretty much the entire day without being overpowering. Using this body cream truly feels like bringing a spa experience into my own home!

I’ve been having a lot of digestive issues lately. Foods that I used to be able to eat are now giving me lots of problems! It’s mostly been happening when I eat dairy combined with fiber. I end up feeling very bloated and have a lot of trapped gas pain! Believe me, it is not a great feeling! I’ve started taking Digestase when I have a meal that I know will cause me problems, what a difference!! I do not feel bloated and have absolutely no gas pain! The capsules are also very easy to swallow.

These capsules are very easy to swallow, there is no weird fishy aftertaste and does not upset my stomach. You can find these at any Health Food stores in Canada or any online Health Food retailer. I was so happy to receive AOR Zinc-Copper Balance to try for free in exchange for my honest opinion. AOR is actually my go-to brand for supplements, so I was excited to try something new from them!
I already knew zinc plays an important role in supporting the immune system, but I didn’t realize that taking too much zinc on its own can actually cause a copper deficiency. I love that this formula is thoughtfully balanced to support both.
It has been such an easy addition to my morning routine — just one capsule with breakfast. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and even a pretty shade of blue!
So far, I’ve made it through cold and flu season without getting sick!

Since using this cream, my skin looks more firm and has an even skin tone. My skin feels hydrated, however it does look a little dry the next day. I feel that this cream would be better suited for me in warmer weather.

I tried Butterball Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon today and was surprised on how great it tasted!
I decided to cook it in the oven like I usually do for pork bacon. It was super easy to cook and there was hardly any grease in the pan!
My son and I had the bacon in grilled cheese sandwiches. We only needed one slice per sandwich as the slices are very wide! I also made extra slices so that we could try it on its own. It tasted so good!!
I’m really happy that I got to try this! I’m always looking for healthier alternatives and feel this is a great choice.
