I had high hopes for the Biore toner. All of the special ingredients such as organic cannabis sativa seed oil and green tea extract pointed to a toner that was going to clean my skin more than any toner had done before. unfortunately I found it was no better and no worse than other toners I have used.
I didn't like the smell probably from the green tea extract and the salicylic acid that's used to help get rid of spots made it very drying on my skin. My skin did appear fresher though buy is also felt too dry.
This product would be ideal for a teenager with spot prone skin but if you have normal skin like me with occasional breakouts this is toner is to be avoided.

I had high hopes for this product as it is very different but it didn't get my skin any cleaner than the wet wipes I usually use. It also left my skin feeling greasy.
Having cannabis in the product makes it sound different and that well make it stand out but the product has to be better than what's on the market. After using it I have got to say it's not which was disappointing for me.
I discovered that the pump action of the container also stopped working after a few uses which was very disappointing. They always seem to break.
