I have naturally dark blond hair with an ombre so bleach from mid lengths to ends and often use a purple shampoo to tone between hairdresser visits.
I've tried lots of purple shampoos with in the 'drug store' ranges and around the same price point as this John Freda one a d this hands down performs better than any of the other I have tried. I would say its as good or better than some of the more expensive types I've had.
It leaves hair feeling clean and fresh and gave a really good toning effect that was noticeable for days, even after washing again with normal shampoo.
Would highly recommend this product.

I really enjoy using this cleanser. It's actually a lightly foaming face wash and it has something in it that gives that cooling feeling (kind of like menthol but it doesn't smell that way) which is really refreshing and invigorating.
It didn't necessarily feel like a deep clean but I only get that feeling after a face scrub anyway.
It did leave my skin feeling clean and fresh dn I will happily use the bottle up and rebuy.

I was really dubious about these eyemasks and their steam heating effect as I always thought that we needed cool things on eyes to refresh and brighten.
But after trying them a couple of times I can honestly say they really do work and it's a surprisingly pleasant sensation with the heat on your eyes. The fresh citrus scent is also really nice.
After wearing the mask for 10 minuted my eyes definitely felt soother and I felt generally relaxed. Would definitely recommend to others.

I was really dissapointed with these nose strips. They seemed a bit more fiddly and messy than other kinds I have used and didn't feel anywhere near as effective.
It was difficult to get them to stick down properly, and although the little slots that are in the patch to supposedly help them mould to your nose shape better seem like a good idea they didn't really do an awful lot in my opinion.
I wouldn't personally reccomend these to anyone and wouldn't purchase them again myself.

Revolution have gone and done it again. A concealer this good would usually be found in a department store at the high end makeup counters, in fact, I've tried high end expensive products that do not perform anywhere near as well as this concealer.
It's got great coverage and fantastic wear time and for £5 a pop I don't feel guilty using it.
Its worth noting that I have oily skiing and this is a very matte formula so may not work as well for gals and guys with drier skin textures.

This is a real gem in the drugstore world of makeup. It's a soft, silk my smooth pressed powder that does a fantastic job at a really affordable price. It's great for pressing in to the under eye area with a beauty sponge to set concealer and brighten the area and equally good for dusting over the whole face with a fluffy brush to set foundation. As point of reference, I have oily skin and this product works we for me and last well too.
I've repurchased this product many times and will repurchase it many times more. A firm favourite in my makeup collection.

Downy Unstopables In-Wash Scent Boosters - FRESH

They do make washing smell amazing, and I really enjoy the scent of the blue ones which smell like fresh line dried cotton on a warm summers day.
But, they are so expensive to buy that it feels like a crime on my wallet to use them!
I have bought them when they are on offer to make me feel less guilty about them but ultimately can't buy them all the time. There are other brands that do similar products for a much cheaper price so I tend to use those instead.

Our house is full of big Nutella fans! Always have a jar in the cupboard and always looking for new creative ways of enjoying it. I love the fact that it's made from hazelnuts and cocoa and it's so tasty.
My sons favourite way to enjoy it is on a warmed bagel, or a dollop stirred in to hot milk for a luxurious Nutella hot chocolate.
I enjoy baking with Nutella too, it makes a really nice frosting when added to buttercream or can be a great addition to brownies.

Burts bees is one of my go to, affordable lip balms. I always wear a balm and have tried so many and always have a Burts bees balm, or 7, in my collection.
I really enjoy their formula. It's smooth and not greasy feeling and my lips seem to feel softer and more hydrated when using it. I definitely feel the benefit and it's super cheap too so easy on the bank balance. They do some really nice scents/flavours if you're into that but you can get non scented version too if you prefer a plain balm. I'd highly recommend to anyone.
