I have used tums for regular heartburn and for serious heartburn during pregnancy. Truly the one safe way to relieve discomfort of heartburn while pregnant, I don’t know what I would have done without them. I find Tums work much better than every other heartburn relief product I’ve tried and they even seem to help with regular indigestion and nausea. We always stock tums in the cupboard. -

I originally tried this sinus rinse, while I was pregnant with my first child, as recommended by my doctors. I suffered from post nasal drip and constant sinus pressure and there are very few sinus relief products available, that’s are safe for pregnant or nursing women. Once I tried this rinse, I felt instant relief. We always have these on hand for each of our family members. It’s important to follow the directions for use, to avoid any other sinus issues, but if followed correctly, this is a fantastic product for adults and children with non-infection relates sinus issues -

I originally received this floss from my dentist, and it quickly became my go-to flossing product. I have crowding, so it is important for me to have a soft and thin floss, and this oral b, pro health floss is perfect. It doesn’t tend to snag or rip easily like others I’ve tried. It’s mildly flavoured, so leaves your teeth feeling fresh and clean, but no over-powering mint flavour. -

I have tried a variety of hand soaps and Method soaps keep proving to be my favourite. They smell amazing, and leave
the littlest environmental impact, while working hard and being very effective. They do not dry out the skin (likely because they use plant based ingredients) and offer a more chemical-free cleaning experience. Beach Sage, Cherry blossom and Almond liquid soaps, are my favourite scents.

It takes a cycle or 2 to get used to the DivaCup, but once you’re on to it, it’s such a great product. I love the sustainability, comfort, health benefits and environmentally conscious aspects of it, would highly recommend. -
