I love that they contain lemon oil extract, so that you don't experience the "fish burps" or "fishy after-taste" associated with most omega supplements. BiOmega is double filtered, so I know I am getting the purest, highest grade supplement, safe for my body. I have seen a huge improvement in my hair, skin and nails since starting BiOmega. -

This one came in capsule form, and at the end of the day I had heart flutters and felt weak and dizzy. I stopped taking these as this was not the effect I wished to have. -
