Tampons. It took me a few tries to get the cup in but once I did it was great! No worries of leaks or stress of possibly getting TSS! it's better for the environment and they can be reused for a MINIMUM of a year! You'll save money and don't have to worry about finding a bathroom every few hours.

This by far is the best ore made on the go protein shake! It tastes great and is very low in sugar, only 1 gram. After I drink one of these I'm good to go for hours! Price is sometimes a little to high but worth it for sure.

It did the job and honestly I'd buy again if it was on super sale or clearance, it wasn't awful it just wasn't worth the original price tag. -
