I took it 15 minutes before a meal. It did not work. I still had symptoms from gluten. I also don’t see the point of taking something in case I possibly might ingest gluten if it does not protect you from an eating a meal with gluten. It’s also not worth taking something every day 15 minutes before a meal, “just in case”. If it was something that could “break down” the gluten before eating gluten, like Lactaid does. That would be worth the purchase. At least I would get to eat something I like without worrying about the side effects of eating gluten. -

Tasty salted caramel ice cream. Very good combination of sweet and salty. Quality Canadian ice cream. Only thing is the price. It’s $7 for 500 milligrams. At that price I would expect to get at least 1 litres. Otherwise, it’s a good product!
