I’ve been trying the AOR Migraine Manager lately and one thing I really like is that AOR is a trusted Canadian brand. I also love that the formulas are all vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. Its interesting how this supplement combines magnesium, vitamin B2, and botanicals like feverfew, rosemary, and vinpocetine to help support migraine prevention but also brain function, cognitive health, and to help relax head and neck muscles as well as nausea during migraines. For me personally, it wasn’t something that completely stopped active migraines, but supplements work differently for everyone and can take time and consistency depending on the person especially when its holistic I still enjoyed trying it out and appreciate the thoughtful formula and ingredients behind it!

I started taking AOR’s NAC to support my overall health but especially respiratory health, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. I like that NAC helps my body to get more glutathione, which is one of the body’s most important antioxidants. As someone who gets sick all the time, what stood out to me is that NAC has been used for decades for respiratory support. It's so useful to add to your daily routine for when get sick especially during cold and flu season. Me and my naturopath trust AOR as a brand because they are well known and focus on quality and clean ingredients

I’ve been using the L'Occitane Shea Butter Ultra Rich Body Cream all winter and I get why the reviews are so high
The texture is super thick when you first scoop it out, but once you start rubbing it in, it melts into your skin really nicely and doesn’t feel greasy. You get a hydrated feeling that actually lasts all day. My skin gets really dry in the winter and this is one of the few creams that actually keeps it moisturized overnight.
The scent is also really nice and clean and not overpowering at all. It just smells like “expensive skincare” without being perfume-y.
it’s definitely a splurge but a little goes a long way, so the jar lasts longer than you’d think.
Overall, if you have dry or sensitive skin and want something that feels luxurious but actually works, this is worth trying

It’s also really handy for on-the-go going to school, work or just anywhere out and about since it requires no refrigeration and I like that it makes me feel good about having a healthier snack. It’s Canadian made by a women so you know you’re supporting local. Its perfect for when you don’t have a sweet tooth and want a salty snack instead

It’s Canadian made by a women and doesn’t need to be refrigerated an Sometimes I don’t want a sweet protein bar and I want something more savoury and this comes in clutch

Pop the Champagne by Eatable is definitely a treat for anyone who loves white chocolate! It has that same fun fizzing effect like the other liquor inspired flavors, which gives it a really unique twist. The texture and flavour is elevated compared to regular popcorn so it feels like a treat or something fun to bring to a game night or party
Personally, it’s a bit too sweet for my taste, but I’ll admit I’m not the biggest white chocolate fan to begin with. So if you are someone who loves that creamy and rich sweetness from white chocolate you’ll probably like it
Overall it’s a fun snack just keep in mind it’s on the sweet side but they use good quality sugar and still has no artificial ingredients

The Poppin Rose All Day by Eatable is such a fun twist on classic popcorn. The flavour combo is super unique, and I love that it actually has a subtle fizzing effect that mimics the feel of rose. You can really taste the strawberry notes, while the watermelon flavour is a bit more mild which is a good balance
One thing to keep in mind is that it is on the sweeter side so if you’re watching your sugar intake just note that. Don’t worry though they use good-quality sugar and there’s no artificial ingredients at all.
Also the packaging is awesome! It’s resealable which makes it easy to keep fresh if you don’t finish the whole bag at once
Overall I would recommend it if you’re into popcorn or just want to try something a little different :)
