We used it recently and it came in huge handy when our power was out for the last time it was able to light up our whole living room for us as we had our daughters bday with no power in our house due to poor weather ! Highly recommend this brand for flashlights and other tools. The tripod was an added bonus when closed you can’t even tell the handle opens up into a tripod but it stands nicely and the magnetic end makes it able to be clipped wherever you may need it -

These were easy to incorporate into my daily routine because I just took them in the mornings with my coffee since that’s one thing I have a set routine for first thing when I wake up each day. I’ve been taking them for a little more then two weeks and am starting to see an improvement in how tired I am each evening and after all my housework and everything is done I can sit and watch tv and relax and not fall asleep before an episode is finished ! -
