I used to take Echinacea but working in a Hospital was informed that it lowers your while blood cell count and if you require medical attention most Doctors will not know why your white blood cell count is down. Huge problem. Researchers at the University of Alberta came out with this product which does not do that or have any other side affects unless misued or taken in conjunction with the wrong medications, etc. Always check with your Doctor before taking any Prescription medications or Herbal/Natural Supplements. It is a misnomer that all herbal/natural supplements are safe. That said, Cold FX taking correctly is the most Amazing product on the market today. Immediately upon feeling a cold/flu coming on you take (3) capsules 3 times a day for 3 days. Even in that short a period you will start to feel better. But continue to take the capsules as directed on the bottle. During cold/flu season I take (1) tablet per day of the Regular Strength for prevention. -

I wear this while camping, hiking, cutting lawn and just generally handing out in my back yard. If you are wearing it while working in you yard or flower beds and doing a lot of bending they are a pain because they keep twisting on your belt and have to keep re-clipping it or adjusting it. For the most part they are not too bad but definitely not as effective as advertised. They are better than the citronella wrist or ankle bands that stink. -

I have had (5) knee surgeries and use this product to help heal after each one. I also use this product on my left knee because I tore out my ACL and did not have an ACL repair so therefore I live with an unstable left knee and chronic pain. Many Orthopedic Surgeons are now recommending Arnica to their Patients after surgery for several reason such as: keep down the inflammation, reduce bruising, healing. My Aunt and Friend both had total knee replacement a month within each other and I took Arnica Cream to the Hospital for both of them. They were overjoyed at how it worked. According to both of them it even decreased their pain. -

Oil of Oregano is somewhat of an Antibiotic. When I travel out of the Country instead of getting a prescription of Antibiotics from my Doctor I take a bottle of Oil of Oregano with me. You would be surprised at all the infections, sinus problems, colds, flu's, etc it can cure. Just put 6 or 7 drops into a small amount of water in a glass and down it. You won't taste it however the after affects might have a slight feeling of spicy/heartburn for a minute or two. Dr Oz has been spreading the praises of Oil of Oregano for a while now. -

BEST PRODUCT ON THE MARKET!!!! This is my Go To Product for any and every ache and pain. I have suffered with migraines for 55 years that put me in the Hospital. Over my lifetime I have tried every product on the shelves and nothing came close to relieving the tension in my neck. Then I saw the commercials on TV for Lakota roll on and thought "What have I got to lose?" For years now I don't leave home without it. I have one in my work bag, one in my travel bag, one in my camper, one in the bathroom and one in my bedroom. When one of my Co-Workers has an ache or pain I let them try mine and now I have my entire dept and their families hooked on Lakota. Thank Goodness for this product. It has saved me from many trips to the Hospital. -

No mixing, no tilting your head at the correct angle to make sure the solution comes out the opposite nostril, just gently press the nozzle and the spray releases. I suggest you purchase the gentle spray as the first time I purchased the extra strength and I thought it was way too harsh. Now I keep it on hand at all times. -

If you have allergies or get migraine headaches DO NOT WEAR CALVIN KLEIN PERFUMES/PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND!!!!! I actually received the scientific data researched directly on the Calvin Klein Perfumes, Colognes, etc and was shown the Chemicals they put in their products that trigger migraines. Calvin Klein knows this but since these specific ingredients determine their signature scents they refuse to remove them. Those of us who suffer from migraines don't even have to be wearing their products, just be standing in line near someone who is or work with someone who is and we immediately get sick. How ridiculous. Please boycott Calvin Klein. -
