The deodorant is aluminum free, baking soda free, paraben, cruelty and fragrance free. They contain Hemp seed oil( although it is CBD and THC free) and a host of natural ingredients such as coconut oil, arrowroot powder, shea butter and jojoba seed oil among others. It is a vegan and cruelty free product. I really do love the fact that with this deodorant I am confident that the ingredients I am using on my body are good for my wellbeing.
The product has a very clean scent
The Charcoal and Magnesium version has a clean scent to it making an ideal unisex deodorant. It also kept me dry and smelling fresh even post workouts.
I found its application to be very gentle and moisturizing, yet great at suppressing odours. The addition of magnesium to the formula helped with the stickiness, which was a concern for me when I had reviewed this product in a different scent earlier.
I found this product to be a perfect combination for me.....I used this everytime I work out

They contain Hemp seed oil( although it is CBD and THC free) and a host of natural ingredients such as coconut oil, arrowroot powder, shea butter and jojoba seed oil among others. It is a vegan and cruelty free product. I really do love the fact that with this deodorant I am confident that the ingredients I am using on my body are good for my wellbeing.
I absolutely loved, loved, loved the spicy, sweet notes of the Rose and Black Pepper version. An extremely unusual and attractive scent.
I found its application to be very gentle and moisturizing, yet great at suppressing odours. The addition of magnesium to the formula helped with the stickiness, which was a concern for me when I had reviewed this product in a different scent earlier.
I found this to be a perfect product for me.....I used the Rose & Black Pepper on a daily basis

Sambucol contains the extract of Elder berries , which has some really potent phytochemicals to reduce the severity of coughs, colds and flu symptoms, as well as Vitamin C. The product also works as an immune booster, when taken in dosages of 5mg twice daily for kids and 10 mg, taken twice daily for adults.
I am fortunate that my household has not yet needed to take this medicine for its antiviral benefits, but I would like to add here that both my 5 year old and I have been taking it as an immune booster. We suffer from allergic rhinitis and when Spring comes, the sniffles and early morning stuffy nose are really bothersome. However, since we started taking this as an immune booster, our allergic rhinitis has gotten significantly better

I would like to start with a little background on the product. It has a really potent form of retin in it called accelerated retinol SA, hyaluronic acid, myrtle leaf extract and vitamin C
Week 1: The instructions on the box specified that the product was to be used twice a day for best results. However, with my background in skincare, I was well aware that my skin needed to be conditioned to such a potent retinol product so I began to use it once a day, at nightime. By the end of week 1, I noticed a glow in my complexion and my skin felt smoother and softer. I also used a high SPF sunscreen every day as is required when one uses a retinol product.
Week 2: I increased my usage frequency to every night. My skin felt really smooth, textured and rejuvenated.
Week 3: Here is where the twist comes in my tale. I was confident that my skin was truly conditioned to the product by now. So, as specified on the package instructions, I began to use the product twice a day, daily. However, after about two days I noticed some skin flaking and increased tingling whilst applying the cream. Again, the packaging did state that this was a possibility, so I kept using the cream as instructed and was quite optimistic that the flaking skin would reveal fresh baby smooth skin underneath. To my dismay , however, when the flaking began to clear, the skin underneath was hyper pigmented and felt raw. I instantly stopped using the cream and from the next day began to use a repairing balm and brightening cream in my skincare routine ( more on these products in a future post!)
Week 4: Once my skin healed I did revert back to using the cream, but only at nightime, as I did like the results it had given me in the first 2 weeks. Touchwood! So far, the results are once again favourable!!

Personally, I am very keen on making clean/natural choices in my every day living and this deodorant certainly showed great promise. For starters, it is aluminum free, baking soda free, paraben free and fragrance free. It contains Hemp seed oil( although it is CBD and THC free) and a host of natural ingredients such as coconut oil, arrowroot powder, shea butter and jojoba seed oil among others. It is a vegan and cruelty free product. I really do love the fact that with this deodorant I am confident that the ingredients I am using on my body are good for my wellbeing, and the soothing herbal scent of sage and vetiver is certainly relaxing to the senses.
I found its application to be very gentle and moisturizing, yet great at suppressing odours. However, I do have to add here that it does have a slight stickiness to it due to which I'm not sure how it would perform in the summer months for an active individual, so it is certainly not a very strong antiperspirant.
To conclude, I would definitely recommend this as a great, clean smelling everyday deodorant. However for those with an active lifestyle, or for work out sessions, I would recommend another antiperspirant for occasional use
