Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies
These gummies tasted good and were easy to down (some people can’t swallow pills so this is a good alternative) my skin looked better, stronger hair and nails. I would possibly get pills over these since the amount of biotin in each is pretty low... +

I would possibly get pills over these since the amount of biotin in each is pretty low compared to other supplements, but this is more like a multivitamin biotin supplement. -

Although the smell and taste is a bit off, this stuff is like the Buckley’s of lip balms. It’s gross but it works, other balms I find you need to reapply lots throughout the day to fix your chapped lips, with this one use is good enough to feel the dryness go away, and a lot quicker too. I would recommend maybe a flavoured one though -

I got this stuff on amazon for a pretty cheap price cause I needed vitamin e oil for something. I’m not sure if every one smells good but I would purposely put more on just for the smell, it’s amazing. It feels so lightweight on the skin but... +

I’m not sure if every one smells good but I would purposely put more on just for the smell, it’s amazing. It feels so lightweight on the skin but still locks in moisture, especially in the drier months. I plan on buying it again -

This stuff is really nice, the container is high quality, and they actually have directions on how to put it on your face properly, on the inside of the box. It feels really squishy but it goes on very nice, not too heavy, but enough to feel it on... +

It feels really squishy but it goes on very nice, not too heavy, but enough to feel it on. The next day my skin feels softer and more supple, consistent use would bring in even better results. -
