My son typically gets colds frequently when school begins again. Since beginning this, he has not had any cold or flu. It's not hard to get him to take it which is extremely important. Most things like this he would not go near, but he actually didn't mind this one whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody that is contemplating it!    -
