I don't wear much makeup other than lip colour and this brush has been a game changer. It makes applying lipstick so much easier and I feel that I'm using less product for longer wear. I'm excited to see how it works with lip gloss.
My only complaint is with the length of the stem--too short with the cap off, too long with the cap on.

This was my first foray into premium denim and I'm never going back! My black Skyline Skinny has the perfect mid-rise, plain well-placed back pockets, and the soft Transcend fabric that's stretchy but doesn't stretch out with wear. I definitely plan to buy more.
Note though that the Paige ponte fabric is very different - not US-made and dry clean only (reacted horribly to just a few accidental drops of water). Ended up returning this pair.

This gel/cream does exactly what it says--reduces shine, tightens pores, and moisturizes. It's perfect for my combination skin in the summer, though I do need their heavier 3-Regul cream on my cheeks in the winter.
It can be hard to find but it's absolutely worth the effort and the price. Will be using this until my skin changes with age.

This is a great light-weight mineral tinted sunscreen with high SPF. I have combination skin that can get quite oily in the summer and this adds a bit of greasiness. I don't wear makeup but if I did, I don't think it would sit well with this sunscreen. It is far better than others however and the tint gives a nice glow and makes blemishes less noticeable. -

I was looking for a vitamin C serum and chose this one from The Ordinary's lineup based on its light serum formulation. I did experience purging and breakouts for a couple of weeks after starting this product as expected, and I took this as a sign that it's at least somewhat effective. I don't know if there's any visible difference to my skin but it does feel softer. My goal was to introduce an antioxidant for preventative measures and at this price, I think it does just fine. -

It's hard to find sleek and chic winter boots that also stand up to Canadian winters. These hit the mark on all counts. The black leather is beautiful, and the slight heel provides enough lift while still being walkable.
I bought my usual size and they are a bit narrow, however when I take out the removable insoles, they fit perfectly. I do like the insoles for the cushioning and warmth and am fairly confident that the leather will stretch out just enough with wear.
