I have extremely oily skin and deal with adult acne, so most products don’t last on my skin especially when I’m sweating during physically demanding work. These acne stickers, however, actually stay on. Their slightly sticky texture helps them grip my skin all day, even through sweat and movement. They feel similar to pore strips in the way they seem to pull impurities out, which has been a huge plus for stubborn breakout areas.
They also do a great job camouflaging redness and blemishes, to the point where I’ve stopped wearing makeup over problem spots. Beyond just covering, they act like a protective barrier, preventing irritation and picking. That layer of protection has noticeably sped up healing far better than leaving acne exposed to the air.
To clear up a spot, I usually go through 2–3 patches over a couple of days. My routine in between each patch includes cleaning with rubbing alcohol wipes to remove residue, washing with Dove and tea tree oil soap, then using Oxy Salicylic Acid wipes before applying a fresh sticker. When I follow this, my breakouts heal in about 3 days, which is a major improvement for my skin.
If you have oily, acne-prone skin and an active lifestyle, these are a game-changer.
