So I did a video. The product did work but I had to stop taking them because my stomach started to bother me. I'm a bariatric patient so my stomach doesn't agree with certain things so I think there might have been one thing in there. But I do have to say it did help me with the sweating like the nights sweating and that I kind of stopped a bit and the sleeping. I never sleep. Never ever sleep and it actually helped me sleep. I wish I could take these longer I think I went through like almost the whole pack though. Like I had two packs. I went through the one whole pack and almost the other pack. -

Received this a couple of days ago. My daughter has been giving it to my grandkids, there is three of them one's a 2 and 1/2-year-old one's a 1-year-old and a 7-month-old. She has noticed that the taste is not too bad because they all seem to take it which is awesome. Don't know yet if iron is gone up. The baby was a little bit of iron deficiency so we will see if it actually goes up. I will do another review and probably about a month or so after it's been in their system for a while so far too. No side effects which is a plus -

I actually have a round belly that gets a lot of gas and I've been taken these for the last couple of days now and let me tell you holy cow. It actually absorbs whatever you've eaten and it relieves the gas. I've never ever thought of taking a product like this until now. I have to say it's actually really good. And I've noticed that my stomach is not as bloated anymore. -
