I tried this product on my ankle after a hairline fracture. It really helps relax the muscles before bed and makes it easier to do the exercises in physio. Love the non odour as other rubs drive my cats to distraction with mint smells.

I had a flu through the holiday season, man did this charcoal pills come in handy. My digestion was off and I really wanted to enjoy all the dishes you only get at this time of year, so I used the charcoal after bigger meals or indulgent ‘treats’ and I had no indigestion at all. The capsules are easy to swallow and I found no irritation or side effects, just a happy tummy. Thumbs up from me. -

I received this Blue Lizard Sunscreen as a gift for this review. I had never used a mineral sunscreen before and really thought I was going to just have a white smears all over, not the case, this reef friendly oroduct absorbed in with no scent or oiliness. I honestly forgot I had it on. I would say a much better experience than using the heavily oiled coconut scented versions. I highly recommend for those looking for a more natural protection from UVA and UVB exposure.

I tried this mouthwash as part of a promotion, fyi. I would buy this once I use it up - which I know I will. This product has no alcohol or sweetener, so it’s not what I had come to expect from a mouthwash traditionally. It tastes like peppermint flavoured flat water that you swish around for a minute - which honestly feels like forever. But it worked, it isn’t offensive, just different and healthier also. Thumbs up! -

Use this gel and it will calm the flare up and keep your skin in tact. It is gel, so it is a bit tacky when it dries, but then I use the Aveeno eczema Daily Moisture cream over it and let it all sink in. They are a great duo used together. -
