I'm not entirely sure what the proposed benefits are of these gummies as they didn't come with any explanation, and there's nothing on the bottle. This felt a little weird to me, as I've never seen a product not have any claims on the packaging.. Regardless, they haven't actually done anything for me! The flavour is good but there's a bit of an aftertaste/vinegar-y sensation. If you're someone who wants to have ACV every day, this is an interesting way to do it. However, it's not something I'd recommend anyone start taking these just because.

I'd never heard of bug bite patches before this - what a cool product! They come packaged similar to "zit stickers" and have a similar vibe - they're hard to see when wearing. I got a small bug bite recently that had been itching quite a bit and putting the patch on took the itch away! I'm happy to have these this summer to keep testing them. As of right now, I'd recommend them if you see them in stores! -
