I use this every time I was my hair. Has the helped my curls and moisturize in my hair. I can leave it natural now. I sometimes leave on for 10 minutes but can use just as a conditioner too

I love this soup as soup or just noodle. So good and works as a comfort food. I don't think it is healthy if that is what you are into but sometimes I add green onion and is very filling
