I own both the waterproof and non waterproof versions, and although they are both amazing, the non wp is just a bit more. superior for achieving length, volume and maximum oomph. I use it for all occasions, when I know I won’t be crying. Then I bring out the waterproof and know it will last all day, and even overnight if I forget to remove it..oops. I’ll estimate that the non w proof gets me 5-10 percent more length. The water Proof still gets me better length than any other mascara on the market. They’re expensive, so I wait for 20% discounts for seniors at Shoppers when I need more. -

You certainly have to experiment to get the right coverage. I need a primer or my face looks too dry. Then I put a pump of foundation on the top of my hand and dab it on with a brush, working from the center of my face outwards. I had to attend a funeral and was impressed that it didn’t budge after dabbing at tears on my cheeks for 30 minutes.
Coverage is great too for old scars, age spots, etc.
a good quality makeup remover is necessary, so you know it has staying power.

Then I brush my teeth. After two minutes my face is ready for moisturizer. I’ve noticed an improvement in texture, dark spots lightening.
Such a great price too. Sephora can’t keep it in stock unfortunately, it’s that good of a product.

I also like the medicine dropper applicator, no contamination and you can get exactly how much you need.
