This eyeliner is my new best friend. I have been searching for a long time for a eyeliner that will stay on my oily eye lids. I have used this eyeliner in the past but recently repurchased it. I don't regret it! They might of changed the formula but I find this eyeliner works better now then ever before! I would choose this eyeliner over the ever so popular kat von d tattoo eyeliner. It stays on my eye lids longer and has the added bonus of eyelash serum. Needless to say, the serum also has improved the length and condition of my eyelashes slightly with everyday use.    -
