I did feel a slight burn when using this product but I believe it is just due to my sensitive gums as the formula does not contain any alcohol, parabans, or sulfates. Overalll, my mouth felt very fresh and clean after!

My nails tend to go through quite a bit of damage when it comes to continuous nail polish application throughout the summer months. So when I’m looking for some much needed TLC these renewal nail patches have come in handy. These topical nail patches are mess free and easy to apply and use. The patches have an adhesive that wraps around the nail with ease and stay on through the night. Removal the patches was also simple - like taking off a bandage. Although I only had enough patches for a short term application - I did notice an overall improvement in the appearance of my nails. Specifically the color of my nails are now looking less discoloured and more smoother and healthier. The product can be used for up to 3-6 months. I think with continuous usage I will see even more improvement. -

A must have for the summer months ahead! I am loving the convenience of this sunscreen and will be throwing it into my purse for on-the-go reapplication. This mineral sunscreen dispenses like a glue stick making application super easy while ensuring an even distribution of product. I was worried it would leave a white cast or be too thick due to its high SPF coverage but was surprised to find that it wasn’t too heavy and was easy to spread. It also did not leave a sticky or uncomfortable residue behind. The formula even contains skin moisturizing ingredients such as shea butter, aloe Vera, and vitamin E. Bonus! It also is reef-friendly meaning it does not contain any harmful chemicals like oxybenzone and octinoxate - making it the perfect travel sunscreen to take on those beach vacations!

As the weather gets warmer I have been grateful for this dehumidifier. The large capacity holds 8.8L and works fast. I noticed a decrease in humidity within a few minutes. I appreciate the ability to choose between high and low fan speeds making it perfect to use year round, while the 3 humidify modes lets me program the dehumidifier to meet my environmental needs. Emptying out the container is also very easy as the bucket has a convenient handle that pops out for a better grip.
The unit is quite heavy - so I really like that there are wheels on the unit to allow for easy transport in and around the house. It comes with a reusable filter and the product is also certified as Energy Star which is a bonus!

This gel like serum has been very beneficial in repairing and revitalizing my dry and brittle hair. It contains sealing agents that help rebuild and bond damaged hair resulting in stronger and healthier looking hair. I for one am guilty of styling my hair when it is wet - when it is at its most weakest and vulnerable state. So using this product has definitely helped repair and strengthen my fragile hair that is prone to breakage. I have noticed more stronger hair with decrease breakage and overall smoother hair. I like to use this serum before bed and on damp hair while concentrate on my dry ends. It is easy to distribute, does not leave a sticky residue on my hands, and does not make my hair feeling greasy. It also smells great too. -

If you’re in need of an easy meal that you can quickly prepare with minimal clean up AND without feeling too guilty about eating - then these kebabs are a great option. They are free of cholesterol, soy, gluten, sugar and sulphite while also being rich in fibre and have zero trans fat.
I particularly enjoyed air frying these kebabs and they turned out perfect. I was quite surprised by the texture and flavour of these kebabs. It was a little on the spicy side for me but paired with the right ingredients it taste great. I made pitas but the versatility is endless. You can’t even tell they are made from jackfruit!
I found these kebabs in the frozen section at my Real Canadian Superstore!

Packed with vitamins and minerals - I have been enjoying these Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies and its many health benefits. They are formulated with Vitamin B12 and contain beetroot and pomegranate - which I find is a great addition to its flavour profile.
When I first opened the bottle I experience a strong vinegar smell. However, the gummies do not have a vinegar taste. They were delicious and taste like a fruity apple. They are a bit sticky but I love the convenience of have a chewy gummy readily available and is easy to take.
