I swear it’s helping my baby sleep better, well I’d like to think so anyway. The smell it relaxing, not to strong. It’s also not to greasy like some lotions.

This is my second type of Fitbit and I would never be able to live without it!! Being able to see your heart rate is a big plus in my books. Sometimes it’s a little slow to pick up the heart rate if my heart rate is on the faster side though

Vick’s vapour rub is amazing for everything! I put it on the bottoms of my feet and it softened them up so much! No need for a pedicure. If you have a cold you can rub some on your chest to help you breathe
