The product tastes delicious. I am not a huge fan of overly sweet and flavored beverages, so I added twice the amount of water as recommended in the instructions. That being said, it is like drinking a glass of juice. The sachets are great for travelling and ensuring the correct portion is taken each time.
Exploring their website, it advocates mostly for following a healthy lifestyle to keep your immune system strong. I would suggest this is much more cost-effective and will help more with preventing colds and flus than taking this supplement.
I can't speak to the product's particular ability to provide immunity or relief of any cold and flu symptoms, but with the added Vitamin C as an ingredient, it will help boost your immune system. The further claim is that the black elderberry extract is what helps relieve cold and flu symptoms based on some clinical studies.
With all of this being said, I would stick with a healthy lifestyle, eating lots of fruits and vegetables, getting sufficient sleep and exercise instead of spending my money on a supplement.
