When our family decides to indulge, we go all in, and Chapman's Premium Pecan Butter Tart Ice Cream is absolutely worth the treat. Inspired by one of Canada's most iconic desserts, this rich and creamy ice cream is loaded with buttery sugar cookie pieces, crunchy praline pecans, hints of maple, and all the cozy flavours of a classic butter tart.
Every spoonful is smooth, creamy, and packed with sweet, buttery goodness. We loved the nostalgic butter tart flavour with the added crunch of praline pecans and cookie pieces. (And yes... we're perfectly happy to leave the raisins out of this version! 😄)
Like all Chapman's Premium Ice Cream, it's made with 100% Canadian dairy, natural flavours and colours, and comes in a full 2L tub ~ no shrinkflation here!

My skin tends to be extremely dry due to diabetes, and after weight loss I’ve also noticed a loss of elasticity. Adding a body oil into my routine has made a huge difference for longer-lasting, more effective hydration.
First of all, the new bottle design feels beautifully luxurious, while also supporting L’Occitane’s sustainable refillable packaging initiative ~ something I truly appreciate in modern beauty.
This silky oil features a vegan formula made with 50% almond oil, along with a blend of nourishing nut, seed, fruit, and botanical oils. It also contains:
~| Omega-9 fatty acids to help soften and nourish the skin. |~
~| Silicium Complex to support skin suppleness and elasticity. |~
The warm almond vanilla fragrance is soft, elegant, and comforting without being overpowering. It slowly fades over time, leaving behind beautifully soft skin with a healthy glow.
I especially loved the lightweight texture. Unless you apply far too much, it absorbs surprisingly quickly for an oil while still leaving the skin feeling silky, plumped, and deeply moisturized.
As for stretch marks, mine are over 27 years old from pregnancy, so I think longer-term use would be needed to see noticeable improvement in that area. However, my skin overall feels significantly softer, smoother, and more comfortable.
One thing I personally love about body oils is how long the hydration lasts. Some moisturizers seem to disappear quickly and require constant reapplication, while oils tend to lock in moisture much longer for me.
I’ve genuinely been enjoying this luxurious little treat and will absolutely be using every last drop ~ right down to scraping the bottom of the bottle. ✨

Infused with 30% shea oil & 7 nourishing oils, this little bottle delivers BIG hydration. My polish went on smoother, my nails look great even bare, and my cuticles feel softer fast (huge win with diabetic skin & menopause dryness 🙋🏼♀️).
I also love the brush applicator, it's so easy to use, and any extra on my hands feels like a mini hand treatment. Bonus: hangnails are way more under control and my nails look healthier overall.

I’ve lived with celiac disease for over 30 years, back when it was still called Sprue! Back then, “gluten-free” meant corn pasta and wishful thinking. Fast forward to now, and while gluten-free options have come a long way, cross-contamination is still a huge risk…especially for someone like me who travels often.

Creamy, gentle, and just the right consistency—this daily acne cleanser has been a game changer for me. With 4% Benzoyl Peroxide, it helps clear existing breakouts while keeping new ones at bay. I love that it creates a delicate lather without being overly foamy, and it doesn’t dry out my skin. 🙌
What makes it stand out? It’s both effective and gentle—perfect for face and body. It unclogs pores, reduces excess oil, and helps with those stubborn breakouts (yes, even the ones that come from hormonal changes and menopause-related sweating 😅). It’s refreshing to find a cleanser that’s tough on acne but kind to my skin.
💡 How I use it: I wet the area, massage a thin layer for about two minutes, rinse thoroughly, and always pat dry with a clean towel (super important to avoid re-contaminating the skin). I started once a day, and slowly built up use—if irritation shows up, I scale back.

I'm honestly impressed with this neck cream! I've used some of their products in the past and really enjoyed them, so I had high hopes for this one-and it didn't disappoint.
This cream is designed specifically for the neck and décolletage (two areas I feel can show signs of aging pretty quickly). It promises a firmer, smoother, more even-toned appearance, and from my experience so far, it really does deliver that refreshed, bouncy feeling I love.
The formula is supercharged with supercharged with their MicroDiPeptide229 technology, which works to visibly lift and tighten loose skin while smoothing wrinkles. Plus, it includes NeoGlucosamine, which targets uneven tone, age spots, and those horizontal neck creases.
I appreciate that it's not just about firmness but also about texture and tone—it feels like a complete package for neck care.
Texture-wise, it's rich and
comforting, which is perfect for hot, dry summer weather when my skin needs extra hydration. Even though it has that denser feel, it absorbs well, isn't greasy, and actually leaves my skin feeling hydrated and supple.

My family loves Chapman’s Sorbets for several reasons ; all treats are Canadian made, they all taste amazing, are free from most major food sensitivities and allergens….. and the sorbet comes in a 2 L size. The biggest out there!
Piña Colada Sorbet contains the rich, smooth and delicate flavour of coconut, paired with the sweet tanginess of fresh pineapple. It’s incredibly refreshing, and the sweet sour taste is perfect for a warm day. If you close your eyes, it whisks you away to your favourite tropical paradise. Minus the tequila.
Another great feature of Chapman sorbet is the fact that it is created with fruit juices and purées, which means it contains natural sugars. Typically, their Sorbets are lower in carbohydrates than other brands, which makes them a superstar in our diabetic household.
It’s difficult to find frozen treats for my family, we have so many diverse needs when it comes to foods. Chapman’s Sorbet is free from the issues that typically holds us back from enjoying the usual brands.
