It seems my symptoms were too mild so I didn't notice any improvements or changes. I was hoping it would help with feelings of anxiety and help me sleep, but that wasn't the case. I do hope that it helped others.

I got this as a free product to try. Love the taste! Great peanut butter flavor goes well with the chocolate and peanuts. Of the three I tried I think this one is my favorite. Not too sweet and it doesn't have artificial sweeteners in it.
