I love that they are egg and peanut free. They taste great and the chocolate on the top is real milk chocolate. The only thing I would change is having a little bit of chocolate ice cream.

It's easy to swallow and digest. I noticed a difference after about a week.
It's non-hormonal, which is good for those of us who can't do hormone therapy.
It helped with the overall body pain as well as feeling on edge.

Jack59 sent me their travel kit to try out. I have never used a shampoo in bar form before, but I liked this one. It was easy to use and lathered up nicely. My hair felt clean and refreshed after, and the scent didn't linger.
The conditioner was another story. It worked really well in terms of conditioning my hair, but it was harder to use. It was hard to gauge how much conditioner I was putting in my hair. I also kept dropping it. I feel if the conditioner bar was a bit softer, it would be easier to use.
