PENATEN Original Medicated Cream
Carry this with me everywhere I go, take it anytime I travel. It's AMAZING. Very thick so had to get out/wash off if it hasn't been completely absorbed but the benefits outweigh the costs. WORKS WONDERS. Burns, cuts, dry skin, rash... you name it.

Fisherman's Friend Lozenges
My go-to when i'm sick, and i'm sick quite often. Clears up the nose very well and makes the throat feel better without all the sucrose and syrup additives that other lozenges have. RECOMMENDED.

Wear it to this day, 9 years later. AMAZING. -
Vector Cereal
BY FAR my favourite cereal. I usually try to stay away from processed foods, but when a guilty pleasure has benefits like the protein content in this bad boy then no regrets are felt! Delicious AND (somewhat) Nutritious!
