Been using this for a couple of weeks. I definitely feel more confident when eating out. My diet is strictly gluten-free but there is always a chance of cross contamination when eating out. This supplement makes me feel way more comfortable and “safe” because i don’t have to worry about feeling the symptoms. I take one before any meal I’m unsure about, and I’ve noticed far fewer stomach issues and bloating afterward. Tablets are gentle on my sensitive stomach. -
