Promensil is clinically tested shown to help relieve hot flashes and night sweats throughout menopause. The dosage is to take one time daily with food. It is a medium sized tablet, reddish in color that contains Red Clover Extract . The 80 mg Isoflavones has shown to reduce hot flashes up to 73% and night sweats up to 72%. Promensil also helps support breast health, emotional well being, bone health, heart health, hormone balance, and a healthy libido. Although I did not see a difference in symptoms, most will notice a difference within 6-8 weeks.
