Gliss Ultimate Repair shampoo is an effective shampoo with a really pleasant shea butter scent. I was worried that it would leave my roots feeling greasy because of the moisturizing nature of the product but I was quite surprised that I got several days between washes. I love the black and gold packaging, it really adds to the "lux" feel of the Gliss brand.
I did like this shampoo but I'm not sure if I would purchase it. The price is quite high and I would rather invest in a more expensive conditioner and use a less expensive shampoo. If I had coupons or it was on sale I would definitely try it again though.

I received this awesome product in my ChickAdvisor Premium package and I'm very glad I did. I had never heard of the CND brand previous to receiving it. The price is a little higher than I'm used to paying for nail polish but after trying it out I definitely think it's worth the cost. So far I've had it on my toes for over 3 weeks (through 2 camping trips!) and it's just starting to chip.
This polish applies really smoothly and drys well with no streaks or smears. It covers well and 2 costs were plenty. I love the vibrant pink color too!

These wee chocolate and vanilla "sammiches" are a great little treat. They are the perfect size for preschoolers - they can easily hold onto them and finish them with no melty leftovers. They have a great classic ice cream sandwich taste with the quality associated with the Chapman's name.
I like to have one in the evening as a treat occasionally as they're only 90 calories. They satisfy my sweet tooth without the guilt!

Göt2b Volumaniac Bodifying hairspray definitely performs in the hold category. It offers a very strong hold that helps to preserve and build body and volume. It doesn't leave hair with a typical "crunchy hairspray" feel.
I first tried this on my greasy roots to see if it would help make them look less greasy and give them some lift (as I sometimes use aerosol hairspray for). It didn't do anything to soak up the oil and it didn't help give it lift. However the hold was crazy - I could style it any way I wanted. I usually find hairspray very drying (which is why I use it on greasy and roots) but this isn't drying at all.
It works great to build volume between layers of hair when curling or after blow drying. It's a dramatic hold so it doesn't leave hair very touchable but is definitely effective at creating body and hold. The smell was a little strange and quite strong.

When I first tried this product I didn't love it. The bottle itself seemed hard to use, I almost had to use both hands to press the button and get the mousse out. It is a thick and creamy mousse and applies smoothly and evenly through the hair with ease.
I applied it to my wet hair and clipped it up overnight as I generally do with my waves. The next morning it was very crispy and not touchable at all, which is to be expected with a dramatic hold product but isn't something I'm used to with the products I generally use to style my hair. I tried to finger comb but it didn't loosen up enough to make my waves look good. However after brushing it out and clipping it back up for awhile I took it down and HOLY VOLUME! It was definitely still not touchable but the volume is crazy. It looks so full and thick.
I'm not used to a dramatic hold product and generally like a more natural, touchable feel with my hair. But this product would be amazing before doing flatiron curls or before doing a blowout for some serious volume and hold. It definitely performs.

I was a little skeptical of the beans in this as sometimes they have a strange, almost powdery texture to them in packaged side dishes, but they were actually really good. There isn't very many though and the pieces of peppers etc are quite small and some are a little bitter tasting. The taste and texture of the vegetables, beans and rice in this side dish is definitely an improvement on the standard packaged side dish but not as good as from scratch. The spices were alright, a standard "Mexican" spice combo.
If I were to purchase this again I think I would use to to mix with cooked ground beef or shredded chicken with some added black beans as a burrito filling. Otherwise it was just ok, better than a standard packaged side dish but not quite worth the extra cost of the Knorr 'Selects' line.

I love this pencil. It matches my eyebrows perfectly and a little goes a long, long way. I have rather sparse brows so I fill them in a little but I don't fully pencil them in. The wax is a great option although I haven't used it much yet. I do love that it has a built in sharpener and brush. This is one of my favorite products my Chick Advisor Premium membership and easily the best eyebrow product I've ever used. -

I like products that feel more abrasive, scrubs etc, but they always end up drying out my skin and breaking me out. Cetaphil Gentle is an extremely mild cleanser that works best on a bare face - it's not very effective at removing full makeup. Once a week or so I like to mix a little baking soda in with a quarter sized dollop of Cetaphil and use it as an exfoliant and the scrubbing feeling I like. -

As far as packaged side dishes go this was quite good. It uses milk and olive oil as well as water so the result is a very creamy rice dish that definitely had a more elevated flavor than the standard rice mix. It retails for about $2.50 and at first that seemed way too high to me but after trying it I can see why it would be more expensive than other rice side dishes.
I liked that this had large pieces of real broccoli in it and that it was all rice and not a rice/vermicelli mix like other brands. I will definitely stock up on these when they go on sale or if I have a coupon.
