My 5 year old daughter wasn't interested in it but my 16th month loves it. Its says for 5 years and older but I think any age a little girl will love it. It was a little confusing reading the instructions but eventually I figured it out. I love how you can mute it but still have it light up. It says to pet it to work but found I had to push the button. Also it's says 25+ sounds and reactions but I've only heard a couple different sounds and seen a few reactions. It sounds super cute though. Overall the quality of it is great and I can see it lasting for a long time. -
