I used to love stopping for a Tims coffee or tea whenever I went anywhere - I could have had it 3-4 times a day - now I would rather bring my own from home. The accuracy of staff has completely been disregarded and customers feel like they are expected to tip - I've had staff try to keep the change and not give it back whether I said to or not. The level of care Tims staff shows is almost non-existant. -
