A few weeks ago I had received a voucher for a try me free from #DrOetkerCanada, I turned in my voucher. Brought my groceries home - put the box in the cupboard and..... Forgot all about it. . . . . This evening we had planned to have a little BBQ, and later make some S'mores. Now that we are able to have outdoor gatherings with more people, we thought it would be fun to have some cousins over, see some family we've not in a while. Of course-it rained. All a little sad, and our bbq plans ruined, I was now on the hook to come up with dinner for my family. (we don't grocery shop until Sunday-tomorrow) digging thru the cupboard TA-DA!! Pizza! Let's make Pizza!! We had so much fun! Mixing the dough, stretching the dough and planning out our pizza. We made half normal pizza and the other half we did small sections of 'weird' stuff. (think pickles, ewe.. Cornflakes, not so bad?!? ...) lots of laughs for sure. We prepped and baked exactly as the box suggested and it came out almost perfect. For the price you can't beat it. We all agreed it is even better than some of our usual take out pizza shops. *I think next time we would add a TBS of water to the sauce to thin it out a little bit so it's easier to spread more evenly. We also wished we would have dressed the crust with something (maybe some parmesan cheese and garlic spice) **I am also going to purchase a pack of pepperoni and keep it in the freezer. As long as you have this kit on hand, and can scrounge up a couple of toppings you've got a dinner in a pinch, this would have been 100% if I had more than lunch ham in the fridge** Sadly, we have no leftovers - I am not able to report on how well this reheats. -

Spring 2016 I purchased my first Vileda Spin Mop. Its been my saving grace. I'm prone to eczema flare-ups and even wearing rubber gloves can set it off. Hand wringing a mop my least favorite task. Back than I also had a toddler who would immediately insist on running all over my wet floors.
(Until the day we discovered the bucket pedal was a cool gas pedal, and he could make it go zoom zoom for mommy. I could keep him in one place long enough to complete a whole room. And, because I don't soak the floors with unnecessary amounts of water they tend to dry faster too.
I still have the same mop, and used it near daily until just a few weeks ago. It withstood 5 years of foot to the floor gas pedals. It does have a little duct tape on the handle, but it's still perfect.
Or-so I thought.
Last month I came across the Rinse Clean version! I didn't need a new mop... But this, I had to have it.
It is amazing! The mop head itself is fuller and scrubs better. I was a little worried that it wouldn't spin enough of the water out - but the upgraded system took care of that no problem. The pedal system is smoother and easier to press as well. (not that the original was really difficult... I guess after 5 years my oldie did get a little stiff)
The gimmick that made me want this beauty - the rinse clean bucket. All these years I have been wetting and rinsing my mop in the same water.. Ewe. Why hasn't this came out sooner?
Its incredible how much cleaner my floors actually look, and feel. Seriously! This really isn't a gimmick. It really works, and works very well.
The head washes up really well too.
The only way I will replace my Vileda Spin Mop is if they come out with an even more upgraded version that self washes the floors for me.

As far back as I can remember I have been a fan of Canada Dry. It had always been a staple in our home. Whether it was because it was the only soda as children we were aloud to have as a treat... Or it was the elixir that calmed an upset tummy, mom always had some on hand.
As years passed, and my age aloud for it Canada Dry has also became my preferred mix to add to my adult beverages.
So when the opportunity came to try a premium version of one of my favorite beverages, I was more than pleased to accept the invitation.
This beverage has a bold flavor. It maintains its classic taste but with an oomph.
It's certainly not a fill a glass and gulp it down type of drink.
This is the kind of drink you pull the nice glass wear out for... The kind of drink you use proper tongs to place ice in the glass for,the kind of drink you slowly sip, truly enjoy, let the bubbles and flavours roll over your tongue and savor. This is a beverage you can feel comfortable enjoying with friends while they enjoy a mixed drink.
This drink is bound to become its own classic.

What a blast from my past!! It had been years since I had a #MottsFruitsations!
I was given an opportunity to try #MottsFruitsationsFibre for free and I forgot how much I used to love these little snacks.
Its perfect portion along with some toast made for a perfect quick breakfast in the morning. This would be a perfect addition to the The Breakfast Club of Canada program. The variety of flavors is amazing too.
My family has included this as a regular grocery item now! I can't seem to keep enough of them in the house.

I like that I get a good tidy look that holds WITHOUT the greasy look most other stuff does.
This stuff is way cheaper than what I usually buy, and it's 1/3 of the price. I have since bought a second one to keep in my gym bag.
* if your looking for a tight, firm hold this may not be for you.

This cleanser could easily pass as a luxury brand. I am always hesitant to trust claims when it comes to cleansers because they all claim to be a miracle product - usually they fall flat. These days I am impressed if they simply remove all of my make-up.
However this stuff is absolutely amazing. With one single pump of product all of my make-up washes clean away. Including my eye make-up. It does so with out leaving my skin feeling tight and dried out or worse red from having to literally scrub my face clean.
For the first time in years my complexion is bump free and my usual dry spots that I had just learned to live with have disappeared.
I am truly in love. It has a solid place in my regular skin care routine.

Pros-
*it works. I sweat alot. This worked really well at keeping my underarms dry.
*I live in black clothing - unlike many dry sprays I did not end up with white spray or transfer on my shirts..huge since many make the claim not many live up to it.
*long lasting. I usually have to reapply mid day. With this I didn't need to.... Even after extra activity.
Con- The fragrance. Though the scent itself doesn't last long the initial smell I wasn't my favorite. It's not over powering by any means, but I am glad it quickly fades.
Overall- I recommend this to anyone looking for a strong long lasting antiperspirant. If your self conscience about sweat marks, give this a try. You won't be disappointed.

I've used sprays in the past, They have been OK. But not great. They've kept me dry but usually smell like crap.
I was hesitant to even give this a try. Im glad I did. Not only does this work to keep me dry after a 12 hour shift but I received multiple comments that my cologne smelled great. I wasn't wearing anything but this spray.
I've since purchased another for my gym bag.

Until just recently I've always purchased "higher" end room sprays and freshener.
I was at my girlfriends house just a little over a week ago.... And her place smelled great. I needed to know what wax Melt or boutique room spay she was using.
She laughed when I asked. She pulled out the simple blue and white can I've ignored so many times over the years.
I've since bought multiple glade air fresheners in the linen scent.
Though it's not long lasting it gets the job done. I'm also not committed to a single scent for an extended period of time.
