This is a very nice body wash. The scent is wonderful, the bottle is pretty, and purple color of the body wash is also pretty. It is very rich, thick and creamy, It sticks to your skin if you don't lather it up, instead of running right off my body down the drain.
If you get any glops on the shower walls you'll need to wipe it down or you'll gave a purple polka dot shower. It is also a bit pricey.

As a dancer, and now for general fitness routines, I get calves that cramp up and are painful. This can be from a magnesium deficiency. Magnesium works in your muscles and helps them release and relax. If you have tight muscles, you should definitely try taking something with magnesium in it. You will be amazed! -

I love the Icy Hot Gel that comes with a no mess sponge applicator. I used to use it on my legs when they would cramp up from dancing, and would massage it into my calves. Every once in a while I get a horrible lower back ache that causes me to not be able to move and use Icy Hot to help the pain and help me be more mobile. The smell is very light, rather minty and almost like Vapor Rub. I would recommend it to anyone with muscle pain. -

If I had to go somewhere, and it wasn't an option, these were what got me through. Even though I was still rather miserable, I still got some relief because I had these. It is like taking the heating pad with you!!! I highly recommend them. -
