I have extremely oily skin and my face gets shiny really easily. I need a powder that can keep me shine-free throughout the school day, and this powder works fantastic. It gives a beautiful, smooth matte finish (which I know all of us oilies love). It is light to medium coverage so it's not meant to be used as a full-on foundation, it's just meant to even out your skin a bit, set your foundation, and control shine. It exceeds at its purpose. Also, it's not at all cakey (as long as you don't cake it on). It gives a very natural matte finish. -

This primer did absolutely nothing for me.It is a terrible dark reddish hue which did not go well with my pale ivory skin.It did not at all diminish the look of my large pores. It may have made my makeup last slightly longer but I didn't notice any significant difference. It's one of the best priced primers out there, but you really shouldn't waste your money on something that's ineffective.

Do not use these! Pore strips are so bad for your skin. Do you really think that ripping glue off of your face is going to be good for it? Causing irritation to your skin is the worst thing that you can do for it. These might pull out a few blackheads for the time being, but the pores will just refill and you'll have a new blackhead.
I will admit though, that it's really fascinating to see all that gunk come out of your pores. I tried them once, it was fun, but I'll never do it again.
If you want to get rid of blackheads try a clay mask 1-2 times a week. This will really deep clean and detoxify your pores to get rid of blackheads for good.

You know how everyone has that one product that they swear by? This is mine! I keep these with me at all times and use one almost every day. I have extremely oily skin which builds up throughout the day at school and can make my skin oily. I'd rather not just cake more powder on top of the oil because although that covers the shine, I can still feel like oil on my face. I cannot stand the feeling of oil on my face! The Clean & Clear oil sheets remove all of the oil off of my face. I can feel it come off (which feels great) and I can see it (which is kind of gross but really cool). A little bit of my foundation tends to come off on the sheet but it really doesn't mess up my makeup. These aren't the greatest price (5-6 dollars for 50 sheets) but compared to cheaper sheets that are more of a thin paper consistency, these work so much better. -

I have struggled with acne for about 6 years now. Well actually, it's pretty much under control now that I'm using prescription Benzaclin. Benzaclin is very strong, so I need a nice gentle cleanser that won't cause any irritation to my skin and will just do it's job- cleanse! I have been using Cetaphil religiously for about a year and it's worked perfectly for the purpose that I require.
My face does not feel at all tight after cleansing, as if it has been stripped of moisture. It does not get irritated. It has not caused any breakouts or reactions. It just makes my skin feel clean. Also, I feel like this cleanser would work for any type of skin because it balances it out quite nicely. I know a ton of people who use it and we all have different skin types, from dry to super oily.
Obviously, this cleanser has worked well for me, but I think I will be moving on to a more natural alternative. I've been doing some research into skin care chemicals and Cetaphil contains quite a few that are supposed to be damaging. If you are someone who doesn't believe in going natural and researching chemicals and all, and you just want a reasonably priced, effective cleanser, go for it!

I have the darkest undereye circles that I have ever seen on a human being (honestly!) and I have tried a million different concealers to find one that worked best. Maybelline Dream Mousse Concealer is the only concealer that I have continued to purchase again and again, because it is truly the best I have found.
The moussy texture is really awesome for building up coverage. You can spread it out quite light or build it up to cover anything. This concealer also does not settle into my little lines and has great staying power on my skin.
The only complaint I have is the poor colour selection. I have very pale skin but the ivory is still sometimes too light for me and the cream colour I find to be too pink toned. Any other colours are far too dark.
