Really loving this multivitamin so far! I appreciate that it includes iron, cranberry juice, and lutein. I take one pill a day which is easy to swallow. I have no stomach issues at all, and the pill is small enough to swallow easily, which is a big win.
On the downside, I do wish some of the vitamin levels were a bit higher—especially iron (only 10 mg) and zinc (7.5 mg). But overall, I’m very happy with this multivitamin, especially compared to the one I previously used from Swiss Natural. Definitely recommend this multivitamin for women under 50 but also after 50.

This mineral sunscreen is great for sensitive skin . I didn’t have any reaction when I used it around sensitive areas such as my eyes. My tween child who used it was very happy with it .
It’s quite white when starting to use it but it blends in great once spreading on skin. It doesn’t leave big residue which I find as biggest cons for mineral sunscreen . Overall I recommend this sunscreen for adults and children.

I’ve been taking these natural cholesterol pills for almost a month now, and while it’s still too early to say definitively whether they’ve lowered my cholesterol (I’ll need a blood test to confirm that), I can share some initial thoughts based on my experience so far.
Ease of Use:
The capsules are easy to take and fit well into my daily routine. I simply take them with breakfast and dinner, and there’s no unpleasant taste or aftereffects, which I really appreciate.
Natural Ingredients Matter to Me:
One of the reasons I like this supplement is because it’s made with natural ingredients. I prefer to avoid overly processed or synthetic products when possible, so knowing this is plant-based and free from harsh chemicals gives me peace of mind.

I've been taking these pills for a few weeks now to help manage my menopause symptoms. While I didn’t experience dramatic changes across the board, I did notice some improvements.
What worked for me:
Hot flashes: These have definitely lessened in both frequency and intensity. This was one of my biggest concerns, so I was glad to see some relief.
Insomnia: I’m falling asleep a little easier now, although I still wake up during the night occasionally.
Mood: I’ve felt slightly more stable emotionally. The mood swings aren't as intense as they used to be.
What didn’t change much:
Fatigue and nervousness: I’m still struggling with low energy and a jittery feeling during the day. The supplement didn’t really help here.
No noticeable improvement so far in either areas:
Paresthesia (numbness), vertigo, melancholia. These weren’t major issues for me, so I can’t speak much to their effectiveness for these symptoms.
Overall, I'd say the supplement has helped somewhat, especially with the hot flashes and mood regulation. It's not a miracle solution, but it’s a decent start if you’re looking for some natural relief. Overall great product!

We used it on my teen twice and both times it didn’t remove the puss in her whiteheads. We left the patch on all overnight but the pimples didn’t change at all. In the morning there was a. “Glue “ like residue around the patch. Is simply didn’t work as noted in the pamphlet .

Promensil is great to control PMS Symptoms as well as hormonal changes in perimenpause. I took one tablet a day and I saw difference in mood changes , body aches which usually are caused by hormonal changes. I didn’t noticed any changes in my sleeping habits but these supplements didn’t make it worst either . Definitely recommend these supplements, these are great alternatives to the many menopause products on the Market. Great product
