Not only is it effective, but it is also convenient because you can use it with or without water. At times, I do find my skin to be dry because of this product, so I would recommend using a moisturizer after every use. However, all in all, it is an outstanding product. -

But thanks to this lipstick, I never have to worry about that anymore. The product lasts virtually all day with very little need to reapply. As a result, one tube lasts forever so it is well worth it! -
