No Frills really helps you to stretch a dollar. -

Scotch Hem Tape is so convenient. I have long legs so I need to buy my clothes in size tall. Sometimes the pants are to long and this tape is awesome for no sew hemming. It's also great for adjusting the hems on drapes.

Adrien Gagnon Super Energex
I received Energex from ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I tried it with water and then with juice. The taste is like chewing a multi vitamin with no flavour. As far as boosting my enery, it didn't. I was not pleased with them.
