Purchased sunglasses, and yes it did take close to a month to receive the order. Upon inspection, you can see that the frame is not right, looked it over and the right hinge is not set correctly. The glasses will not sit on face correctly...   +

Purchased sunglasses, and yes it did take close to a month to receive the order. Upon inspection, you can see that the frame is not right, looked it over and the right hinge is not set correctly. The glasses will not sit on face correctly. Called customer service and they told me I have to send them pictures of the glasses to their email address. I sent them the pictures and it has been 3 days now and still have not heard back from them. Will try calling again today. I know most items say nonreturnable, but if the item is sent to you defective, you would think you could return it for refund. Would not buy from them again.    -
