I've been taking it twice a day with meals. It's a large soft-gel, but easy to swallow with the coating.
I like that it helps maintain cardiovascular health and cognitive function and supporting the development of the brain. It helps to reduce serum triglycerides / triacylglycerols, which is ideal as I need to bring my high cholesterol down. Also that it's packaged in Guelph, Ontario in a bottle made with PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic is great.

It claims to helps to reduce discoloration and thickness, but I didn't notice any change. I'm giving 2 stars though, as I haven't been diagnosed with nail fungus, so perhaps that's why the slightly darker colour didn't change. -

activates skin collagen production, and visibly delays skin aging. I had 14 days with this powder, so I can't confirm the 28 day claim yet. I certainly hope that after one month and the tub is finished, I will notice eye wrinkles and cellulite reduction.

It strongly features the super food turmeric. 🧡 I've been adding anti-cancer anti-inflammatory turmeric to my food for a couple of years now, so I love that this tea contains it. Camomile, lemongrass and lemon verbena are also ingredients. 💛 I'm really enjoying this tea, it makes me feel like I'm doing something additional to strengthen my immunity.💪🏼

I made a Ying Yang design with chicken and black olives. The sauce was fine. For the price, I'd expect seasonings and cheese. You still have to buy those, as well as of course toppings. So the value isn't quite there. -
