nature's path organic peanut butter granola
I had to try this granola, as I love peanut butter anything. And it doesn't disappoint, the taste is great. Contains peanuts, brown rice flour, cane sugar and molasses. It has 4 g of fiber per 1/2 cup. Great addition to yogurt.

Nature's Path Qi'a Superfood Cocoa coconut Cereal
I've added this to yogurt for crunch & fiber. It has a subtle chocolate taste, and the coconut flakes are large. Sprouted black bean and brown rice are the sprouted grains. It does expand when left in the yogurt. I like that it's low in sodium.

But it wasn't for me, being crisp instead of a soft chewy brownie. I then tried them crumbled on ice cream as suggested on the bag. 🍨 👍I'll be trying their other suggestion of putting a spread like peanut butter or cream cheese on them. -

There's no coconut or curry in it though, so it's not spicy, even though it does claim to be spicy and have coconut (and lemongrass) flavour. It had red peppers and mushrooms, and does contain soy. 250 mL has 290 cals. -

This old school chocolate malt drink mix is the original energy drink. Either hot or cold, Milo has a nice subtle chocolate taste, but it's mainly barley malt. It's labeled as a good breakfast for kids, and it also features guys playing sports.

While I didn't & wouldn't purchase them (they are way too costly), I'd use free samples for sure again. -
