I bought these out of curiosity since I'd never seen them in my usual grocery store before. They're organic, gluten-free, sulfite free and has no added sugar (Yay! 4x). When I opened the bag, I was surprised to see how fully packed the bag was of pineapple rings, almost looked vacuum packed. They tasted incredibly sweet and flavourful, it was love at first chew! The kids love having it as a snack for school since it's so easy to pack and I love finding new ways to use them such as in baked goods, with oatmeal and cut up in trek mixes. Love it! -

Since the sesame seeds are already ground, it's easier for your body to absorb sesame's goodness. It's easy to use and very versatile. I love adding it to smoothies, hot milk, cookies, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt and even ice cream to make black sesame ice cream! Also love the fact that it's preservative free, 100% natural and vegetarian. -

I've used it in so many ways: sprinkle it on cereals, add protein to smoothies, roll moshi balls in it, add it to vanilla ice cream to get peanut butter ice cream... the ideas are endless. Would be even better without the added sugar and salt but love the fact that there's 85% less fat calories than regular pb and you can make as much pb as you need. -
